Gremolith Italia is the one and only company in Europe manufacturing and selling semi-finished products made of galalith, available in blanks, sheets and rods. Galalith is a natural material also known as “stone milk” or "avorioline”, and obtained by hardening the casein, the protein of milk. It is particularly suitable for the production of high quality buttons, fashion accessories, bijoux and jewels, parts for musical instruments and inlays.

The origin of Gremolith Italia goes back to 1923, when the first sheets of galalith were pressed in the old factory in Milan. The tradition continues today in the new plant in Rudiano (Brescia), where a modern installation is combined with the ancient techniques. The support of a 40-year synergy with Bonetti Group gives as a result the production of wonderful manufactures in galalith.
